• If we send out the incorrect item we will make it right. In the event we have to ship out another order due to our error, we will need to charge your credit card for the replacement order including shipping. Once we receive back the first order, you will receive a full refund for the replacement order. When retuning an item and if available please use the original shipping container and provide all documentation that came with the item. 

• If an item is found to be defective upon receipt you must contact us within 3 business days from the date of delivery to receive a replacement. After that you will need to contact the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

• All returns and exchanges must be within 30 days from the purchase date.

• Please go ahead and place a second order for the new item(s). We cannot charge or refund your credit card the difference in price.

• Please do not use a soft style pouch or envelope to return your knives since this does not fully protect the knife and packaging. Please only use a box. 

• All returns/exchanges must include all manufacturers' packaging and the item must be 100% resalable as new.  

• Used or damaged merchandise will not be accepted. If any item(s) is returned and not 100% resalable as new a 25% restocking fee will apply. 

• It is suggested that you ship your items back to us fully insured with tracking capability for your protection. If we do not receive it, we are unable to provide a refund. 

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.  

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it is our error as stated above. 

• If your order was shipped with a Free Shipping offer, there will be a shipping charge applied if the item is returned. 

• If an order is returned after 30 thirty days from the purchase date without our prior knowledge and approval a 15% restocking fee will be assessed.
