Keep your Spyderco blades at their highly sharpened edge using the 204 Tri-Angle Sharpmaker Sharpening System. This set also provided by Spyderco includes two pairs of three sided sharpening stones. One pair of medium grit triangle stones files down the cutting edge to create a sharp point. The other pair of ultra-fine grit triangle stones creates a smooth professional grade edge. Each of these ceramic sharpening stones is seven inches long with three faces that are each approximately half an inch wide. Each face has a thin furrow to aid in sharpening small pointed items, such as fishhooks, darts, awls, and punches.

The Sharpmaker Sharpening System also includes an ABS plastic base with preset holes designed to hold the sharpening stones at the correct fifteen degree or twenty degree angle for sharpening a blade edge. The base stores the two sets of stones when not in use and comes with a snap on plastic cover, which is useful as a stabilizing handhold when sharpening blades. The kit also includes a pair of brass safety rods to help shield the user's hands while sharpening a blade.
